I miss knowing exactly how much juice the bot had left and would love to get that feature back. I swear I used to be able to see the exact battery percentage. I did reboot the Roomba and clean the charging contacts on the base and the vacuum but still no percentage showing in the app. I have no idea if the two events are related but that's the only thing I can think of that has happened recently that might have caused weird Roomba issues. I can see the battery indicator and it seems to me pretty accurate but no percentage anymore. Next time I bring the base upstairs I'll try a different outlet somewhere else.Īnd yet ever since the circuit breaker thing I've noticed that I no longer see the battery percentage for the Roomba in the app. It works without issue downstairs so no biggie. ![]() The room I had the clean base in had a lot of stuff plugged in so I think it would have been fine in a lesser-overloaded room. I thought it was a fluke and flipped the breaker switch back then tried to empty the bin again, but same deal. It worked great, except when the clean base tried to empty the Roomba I guess all that jet engine sucking power was enough to trip the circuit breaker. I recently posted here asking if the i7+ clean base could be moved between floors and was told that it could so I gave it a try.
